London puts up Blue signs on buildings of some historical interest or significance.After a while you tend not to notice them.This one in Golden Square stopped me in my tracks

There is no beginning,or ending,and for this we are thankful,cos now is hard enough to understand!

Google 'jacob von hogflume' check out images, lots of other English Heritage signs with different dates and various stories, still quite amusing
