Black Friday/Cyber Monday

What will you guys be staying up for or battling the crowds and massive lines to purchase?

I'm staying home this year; except for a couple USB drives that I need, I don't think I am going to be getting anything else, thankfully. @_@

I never fight the crowds.Except for food I do 90% of my shopping on line.I have found great deals on cyber Monday and close to Christmas. My friends call me "the deal finder".I have plenty of time to devote to finding deals. It is almost like a game to me.

not sure how it's going to work..this year we are opening at midnight :-X

either it's going to be a madhouse because people are going to get in line way early or the masses will eat their turkey and pass on us.

Given that it's a Best Buy, I suggest bringing a helmet. :pok:

Pacu, does your HD ever carry decent flashlights?  I've heard stories of people finding Surefires and even Streamlights, but the best mine carries is Maglite. o.O

Ah, cool. :tu:  I know I live in a badly hit area due to the economy, but I'm just surprised at all of the cool items some peoples' big box stores carry. o.o

i think i've seen some cheaper surefires but HD always runs LED mags for 10 bucks during christmas. I always grab a few for work , friends, stocking stuffers. Not a bad light for $$. I think they had a XL mag for under 25 bucks last year too.

I've seen a few Depots with a Case knife assortment too. Just yellow mainly and sodbusters.

I spent too many years working retail, and because I'm apparently big and imposing, being part of the black friday oh-dark-thirty team. Not tempted.

Well, maybe a little.

Ok, ok, if anyone has 64gb thumbdrives for like $30, I might do it.

I'm hoping for a couple ~$10 16GB USB drives, myself; Newegg has gotten close to that, just not in a brand I'd prefer. :/
