The final total cost will depend on how much they will charge to ship out of the UK too.
Amazon is very good at combining shipping costs, so if you buy a few items the shipping cost per item becomes minimal. (I bought a looot of stuff from them, just in the past few days)
Usually they start with about 5 pounds, adding a pound or even less per extra item.
They also ship from all over Europe now, so their shipping costs are kept lower.
My last order had items that were posted from Luxemburg, UK and Germany.
