Odd Tang stamp on an old soldier

Got a 1908 soldier today with an odd stamp

VICTORIA

SWITZERLAND

STAINLESS

with the stainless stuck out it could be that it was re bladed as it has a few army acceptance stamps on it , maybe they had to use a blade intended for private use and the swiss army was not keen on the use of the word stainless

Any Ideas ?

I've also a knife with the same stamp ...
It's a Monteur no. 202 model. This one was not issued to the Swiss army. I suppose the steel isn't stainless and they stuck it out as they noticed the mistake

I have a quiestion about a tang stamp my Victorinox has. One side has the expected:
 
VICTOINOX
SWISS MADE
STAINLESS

On the opposite side is says:

DE - GM 9305297

Does anyone know what that means???
