Nice! I believe those are rebranded Sebertech tools:

Sebertech tools are now called IDL, for reference. Craftsman has also issued rebranded Bear and Schrade tools, and I believe also a Kershaw A-100, as well as some generic tools from China.

Bingo, Grant. There's a tool "store" at a quasi-nearby fleamarket with a couple of those Craftsman-rebranded Sebertech/IDL tools NIBlister. Though, because they want an insane $15, they're going to be there for the next two decades.

If you should happen to find yourself in that neighborhood, I'd drop $15 and shipping on one of those. Don't go out of your way though, it's not worth that.

Sebertech was the original manufacturer. They were produced in the USA. Sebertech either went out of business or was purchased by IDL tools. The newer IDL tools are not made in the USA and feel cheaper compared to the older Sebertechs. They still are a nice tool, but don't feel as nice as the older ones.

The Craftsman is an older Sebertech, and is quite the find, especially at the retail level as it hasn't been made for quite a few years now. The nice thing about the M4s and T10s, they have locking tools.

Yeah, I picked up four T7s as stocking stuffers, so provided they aren't complete smurf - which will be sent back for a refund if they are - I'm covered for Christmas now.

There was some kind of disagreement that cause a split in the company- one guy left and formed IDL Tools and the other founded Seber Design Group, which is I suppose more accurate than saying Sebertech.

I talk to the folks at Seber each year at SHOT and while they do have some rescue and utility knives they seem to be focusing on larger products like vises and automotive jacks. Here's a quick look at one of their utility knives I did last year:

The Seber Quickchange was also distributed with the Craftsman and Mastercraft labels. There could have been others. Great knife though- I can't count the number of times I sliced my fingers with razor blades while trying to change them.
