Watch out for this seller. He/she is listing several fake Victorinox SAKs and SwissCards, including those fake RescueTools.

Seller use photos of real SAKs, is it possible to regard it as a violation of the rules of Ebay?

No, that are not photos of real SAKs, those are the knock offs PriceAngels sells. We had a topic about them a while back.

I've just reported these to eBay and also Victorinox as well.
I really hate these sellers.  :twak:

Not quite, eBay *will* do something if you buy it, and then make a claim that they shipped you a counterfeit product and make a claim through Paypal.

But an auction?  Good luck.  The only time I've ever successfully had an auction pulled was when someone re-used pictures that I'd taken under contract for another seller.  Still had my watermark on it as well.  Even manufacturers have had a helluva time removing counterfeits of their goods.

I sent a message to the seller asking what country this knife was manufactured.Here is the answer as if we didn't know.At least I got an honest answer.

This knife is made in China

You are right. But the other ones are fake.

This reminds me of the latest Top Gear episode with the fake BMW M5, Smart ForTwo, etc. :)
