"Some rise by sin, and some by virtue fall;
Some run from breaks of ice, and answer none:
And some condemned for a fault alone." -William Shakespeare, King Lear (1608), Act IV, scene 6, line 169

Wow that was some powerfull stuff, and a kick up the ares for many of us, iam one of these people who prefer the old way of life and do not like the way the world has turned out, people dont talk to each other these days and most are not bothered as so self obsorbed, me i would love to go back to a kinder life, one not so greedy one more for people being friend and taking the time for each other, hope i see this in my life time but seeing the generations coming along i dont have much hope, i bring up my 3 children as i was, with a love for the outdoors and the things that are free in life, yes i want them to do well at school and get as good a job as they can, but main thing is is there happy in there life,

It's been a long time since I last heard this.
"Even if it is only the handful of people I meet on the street, or in my home, I can still protect them with this one sword" Kenshin Himura
Necessity is the mother of invention. If you're not ready, it's "a mother". If you are, it's "mom".
"I love democracy" Sheev Palpatine, upon his election to Chancellor.

Nice sentiment, but I'm afraid not honest. We are not "victims of the system", nor are we forced to be evil.
All malfeasance, greed, and any other vice comes from but one place, the heart of man.
Never underestimate the power of the
