Hello from Washington D.C.
on:
March 12, 2012, 06:04:14 PM
Hi all, just registered, and I'm glad to have found this place. I'm also new to computers at the ripe old age of 61. My kids thought I should be dragged into the modern age, like it or not.
I've always loved multi tools since my boy scout days. I've carried a Swiss Army knife for most of my life, and if I have a knife, I can't see why it shouldn't have a few tools attached to it. Too darn handy not to have. By contrast, I've never carried a plain knife. I don't see the point.

I'm a die hard sak user. I love them, and have a small collection. A pretty steady edc is either my tinker or Victorinox pioneer.
On my keyring is one of a couple different 58mm sak's like a rambler or classic.

Hi from Serbia, and welcome to MTO...
It's never too late to dive into modern IT world, as one (quite older guy) told me once, continuous education will bring you to cutting edge!

I always thought DC meant "Da City" so you could differentiate it from Washington State.
