You can teach your kid right from wrong, but you can't teach a fiance anything!   >:D

Be careful- the Scouts are banning knives on camping trips.  Check with your Scoutmaster before letting your kid get in serious trouble.

Teach a wife, out of the question :ahhh

When I got my puppy I was reading a book about training. It said that it's best to make your dog think that it discovered the right thing to do on its own. Didn't work so well with the pup, but has worked wonders with the wife >:D

Mmmm... nope, not one bit of sexism here. No-sireee.

You know my hubby has about as much interest in MTs as your wives, and I don't assume any kind of deficiency... except in the 'mechanical inclination' sense.

There's 'can be taught' and 'gives a smurf'. There's a big difference.

EDIT: 'smurf'? Huh... that's some smurfed up stuff right there. :D

I thought it would be funny to set the forum censor to change all bad words to "smurf."  It's great to see guys go on a rant and it's smurf this and smurf that with a ten foot smurf.  :D

Then one of the Brit mods added a bad word that made it even funnier.  Now I can't say anything about salsmurfer or wrissmurfches without cracking up!  :D

I can't stand giving my wife a knife.  She holds it like a dirty diaper and I am just terrified she is going to slice herself open with it.  Any knife, doesn't matter what brand or shape.  She almost amputated a finger with a micra.  I'm scared Bob, does it ever get better?

I want to build her a BOB, but I don't know if I should put a nice fixed blade in there or a helmet.

She would kill me if she read this.  She's in medical and sees and handles horrors that I can't even stomach, but the girl is mechanically retarded.

My wife is the same way.  She's terrified of blood.  She was chopping vegetables last week when I heard her swear and stop cutting, then run to the sink and start running water.  I had a pretty good idea of what happened, but when I got there it was barely a paper cut sized scratch, and she wouldn't even look at it until I dried it off and put a band aid on it.

As long as it isn't a great bloody mess, you should be thankful :P
