My $5 paratool

Did my weekly check of the local pawnshops and came back with a nice surprise. I had just got done looking through the stuff behind the glass case (mostly chinese junk) and figured I'd go look at other used tools. While doing that I noticed something poking out of a sheath in a bin for assorted junk. Much to to my surprise it was a paratool in pretty nice shape. The best part? It was only $5. This is my second paratool and I'm happy to have it. Maybe I'll try to snap some pics later (thought it looks like any other older paratool).

Great find! I wish we had pawn shops around here.

We DO have pawn shops around here, but the best I've scored are a few Sheffields. Never a SOG. :(

The ones around here can be pretty good if you time things right. The same shop I got the paratool at also netted me a nice sideclip for $20 and a new supertool 300 for $30. It's weird because their prices on other stuff like guns aren't all that good. Multitools prices can be downright reasonable around here for some reason. Makes me happy since I don't have to resort of ebay.

Your pawnshops are interesting. Here, our pawnshops have only gold, Rolexes and jade.

If we had a "bargain of the day" prize, I think you would be getting it today :D

My first Paratool was a nice black one I still covet, and it cost me £17 on ebay in the days when we could.... *pause for dramatic sigh*... still pick up bargains like that.
