Knifebert?
on: May 07, 2012, 12:54:34 AM
I have been watching the Dilbert cartoon lately- I didn't realize there was one until recently.  In Season 1, Episode 24 entitled The Return, Dilbert orders a computer online and when it arrives, Wally offers the T300 pocket knife to open the box, but Dilbert refuses as the T300 is old technology, and he pulls out the T400.

The T300 looks like a traditional slipjoint (maybe a Case?) while the T400 looks like the SAK we have all been wanting!   :D

Are you kidding me?  I'd love to have a SAK with a built in chain saw.... if I could get that and the Get Smart crossbow in the same knife I'd be over the moon!

There's a certain irony in that it has fewer layers than an XAVT, and compared to a Wenger Giant it's puny. Reality usually is more absurd than parody.

My collection needs a T400!

Yeah... I had a T400, but I really didn't like the mint flavored toothpaste it came with. I'm more into orange flavor these days.

You guys should also know that while it's a replaceable pencil, it's a 2H, not the HB you might expect that comes with it. Not a huge deal, but thought I'd point that out.

I'm waiting for the T425 with Alox scales.

 :D

Downer, I really think B is a better choice on a tool like that. HB would be better for an alox with fewer layers.

I was thinking about getting that model when it come out, but with the alox scales you would lose the toothpick, pen, fountain pen, twizzers, flame thrower and sonic screw driver.
