He said you could start a farm, not a good farm!   :ahhh

Well, the only thing they fertilize is a litter box, besides that they stockpile a hidden spot with little things that they think means a lot to you because they don't want you to lose it, which is under my couch in the far back corner.. I have to use a tape measure to reach back and pull whatever out! The one seems to think the kids flip flops are his heart and soul..

My daughter insisted on dressing Bonnie up in a Halloween costume (if it's not clear, she is supposed to be Radagast the Brown from LOTR):

To be honest, as much as I am against the whole dressing dogs up thing Bonnie always has that mournful look. She's probably quite happy because she dotes on my daughter and will do anything for her. She's Human Number One.

Most Sloughi's look Peed off because of their eye make up, but she's a happy and contented mutt on the whole.

How is she with fireworks? I'm glad Milo is quite deaf now with all of them going off. This Saturday will be a nightmare as usual though. Not a pooch friendly day.

As long as she's curled up with one of us on the sofa she's cool with it. Lots of the dog walkers we know are buying thunder coats which are supposed to be helpful, but it sounds like poor old Milo won't even know it's fireworks night anyway - that's a mixed blessing and no mistake.

I guess one night for fireworks is manageable (if very stressful for most pets), but it's the amount of time it bleeds over either way nowadays - we've had fireworks every evening for the past 4 days which gets a bit much.

Milo should be ok for the most part, he only hears the really close ones now.

I got him a harness to replace his collar. The XSmall was too small and the Small is to big

I ended up getting the small and will have to cut and shorten the chest straps on it. I've adjusted them as small as it will go but it's still a bit to loose. I got him a new night light seeing as the nights are drawing in fast.

He's a sweet boy! One of our neighbours has a Yorky that we walk for her and she's a sweetheart - they have great temperaments. She comes in our flat and sleeps in Bonnies bed and Bonnie can't do a thing about it!

Love that cat pic  :tu:

My yorkie Milo has finally stopped coughing after 12 days of antibiotics. I didn't hear him cough at all yesterday so it looks like they've cleared up whatever it was. Still 8 days of them left so will run the full course, which should make sure any remnants of it are taken care of.

Oh and yes, run the full course of antibiotics!  One of the biggest problems with them is that people only use them till they start feeling better then stop, but they often haven't eradicated the infection yet and it comes back, often stronger than before.
