I spotted Alys Fowler using a BAK to prise open oysters on the excellent 'Our Food' series on BBc.

Not often you see a BAK!

Is BAK British Army Knife? That would be unusual on a cooking show, but oysters can be tough!

It is a British Army Knife. They were only using it to prise open the oysters - a task for which it's well suited.
