Let us know if the extra thickness of the Workchamp causes issues, particularly compared to the outrider. If you have a 91mm with a saw, you could take it along too for comparison.

Just catching up with this Lynn, great test and a reasonable assessment I'd say. :tu:  I had a Ranger 78 a few years ago and, while I broadly liked it, one thing that did bother me was the OHO 'hole' seemed to get right in the way when I was sawing with it.  So much so in fact, that when I got a Vic to replace it I made sure that I got a non-OHO version so as to make sure I wouldn't have a similar problem.
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

Yeah. I don't have that much actual need for oho other than convenience, and the flat spine of the rucksack makes it very comfortable to hold.

I've been looking up stuff about Vise grips today :)  That was pretty clever, who needs a jigsaw holder when you have vise grips! :D
