BOPE uses SOG

BOPE is a special operations unit of the Rio de Janeiro - Brasil police.
In this youtube video a reporter is asking a BOPE trooper do describe his equipment. At minute 3:33 he shows some SOG MT. I don't know what model that is as I'm not proficient on SOG products.

Looks like a powerlock from the size but I can't be sure.

Yeah, the tool covers are clearly visible, so it's a Powerlock of some variety.
