[CLOSED] Let's make a deal (Stuff for trade)
on: October 01, 2012, 02:28:09 AM
I find myself with too many tools I don't care for or don't use so somebody please trade me something cool.

Values are posted below as per forum rules but I'm not interested in selling.

What I have:
1)   Leatherman Sideclip – Mint condition with sheath and box.  Never used or carried.  (Value=$75)
2)   Gerber BO MP600 – Military issue with carbide cutter, torx wrench for replacing carbide cutters and molle sheath.  Very little evidence of use.  (Value=$40)
3)   Paladin Powerplay PT-510 – In excellent shape with sheath.  With leather sheath.  (Value=$30)
4)   Leatherman Juice C2 – In excellent shape with sheath. No signs of use. With Leatherman sheath.  (Value=$30)
5)   Leatherman Crunch – In great shape.  Slight signs of use.  (Value=$50)
6)   Leatherman Squirt E4 – Shows signs of carry on outside but not much sign of use.  Has “ATF Explosives training on reverse”   (Value=$20)
7)   SOG Crossgrip – Mint condition.  (Value=$30)
8 )   SOG Power Assist – Like new condition with SOG sheath.  (Value=$65)

What I want:
1)   Victorinox sheaths for Swisschamp sized SAKS.  I need two of these.  Prefer leather.
2)   Victorinox 111mm one hand opening knife preferred.
3)   Cybertool
4)   Gadget SAKS – Altimeter etc.
5)   A SAK with a pruning blade.
6)   Any cool stuff.

I am looking for any fair trade.  I will entertain any offers and will combine tools for the right tool.   I probably won't be interested in any Leatherman stuff as I own or have owned nearly every Leatherman model. I will post as many pics of anything that anyone wants.

I will trade outside the US for the right trade.

I have...

1)   Victorinox sheaths for Swisschamp sized SAKS.  I need two of these.  Prefer leather.
Have one, genuine Vic, No. 4.0521.3. Should be perfect for a Champ, a bit roomy for my CT 34

2)   Victorinox 111mm one hand opening knife preferred.

I have a new, boxed plain edge Sentinel, a Vic Rescue tool and various GAks  (used)

3)   Cybertool

I have a CT 34. Only used the medium Torx and Phillips bit. Scales show shelf life marks, but can pop on new Plus sapphire ones. have a slightly used CT 29, too.

4)   Gadget SAKS – Altimeter etc.

No, nothing to speak of.

5)   A SAK with a pruning blade.

Got a new unused Gardener

6)   Any cool stuff.

Well, that depends on what Cool stuff means to you.
Firestarters, Paracord Lanyards, Gerber MP 600, Kershaw Select Fire, LED equipped Mini Maglites (AA and AAA, Drop in replacements) a smaller Vic leather sheath, A Vic leather Sheath able to hold a Mini Mag aaa and either a fat 111 or a Swisstool and on and on... ;-)

Edit:

I would be interested in the SOG stuff and the MP 600.

The wait is killing me....
Crouton shipped very fast, but the postal services seem to rely on old sailing boats.

The waiting is killing me also.  I don't make anything part of my collection until the trade is done.  I can't really have any fun with my stuff until you get yours.  I hope you get it soon.

As i still have hope, would you reserve the SOG parts until we are sure if our trade was a success or dumped into the black hole that each and every postal carrier seems to have acces to?

The following items are still available for adoption:

1)   Leatherman Sideclip(discontinued) – Mint condition with sheath and box.  Never used or carried.  (Value=$75)
2)   Gerber BO MP600 – Military issue with carbide cutter, torx wrench for replacing carbide cutters and molle sheath.  Very little evidence of use.  (Value=$40)
3)   Leatherman Crunch – In great shape.  Slight signs of use.  (Value=$50)
4) Raker Ring tool (Value=$25)

I'm surprised that I have had no interest in the Sideclip.
