I'll be interested in how effective the bottle opener is.  Seems like a pretty short lever arm.

Who will be the first to open a beer with the Skull 3 to find out if it's a good opener or not.

Who :D

Instead of a "face on" skull, it's in "profile".  I like it :tu:

I got my Skull 3 yesterday. I'm  impressed with it.
I haven't used it much but the little I have it worked very well.
The new box cutter notch is a little slicer. I haven't opened and beers with it yet. I'm being good this weekend so I hope someone try's it out and give us there input.. I'll get to it next week after work I'm sure if they don't.
I'll add more to this thread after I use the little guy more. All I can say is I'm very happy with it so far. A Cool+ handy little key chain tool.

Hey,

I've got mine yesterday as well. Opened a few beers. Works ok. Not the best opener ever, sometimes i need to try to open twice, but, it does the job just fine. otherwise the tool itself is perfect, nicely made really.

The attached picture shows why i need to try twice: its just a little small.. but then again, i prefer it that way, because its on my keychain and it'll stay there ;-)

Good action shot!

Yea, the lever arm seems on the short side.

I picked up the Gen3 Skull over the holidays.  I was very surprised by how small it was.  It did the trick opening bottles (took a while to get a comfortable grip), and the box opener notch was surprisingly sharper than I expceted.

Got one too (no picks for now, but I'll post them later)

Indeed, nice lot of functions for something so small, certainly when you can carry a screwdriver bit with it. Used the bottle opener a few times, now. It works, but it's not the best one I ever had. Due to the size, I found it difficult to get the right grip on it...
