I don't know about the movie but in the books he was always a fan of the Spyderco Matriarch.  It was one of the first books I remember reading where specific knife brands and models were mentioned.  Usually they say something like "he picked up the blued H&K 9mm with the Pachmeyer grips and inlaid Austin McPoopy Tritium Sights. He affixed the Streamlight 4000x light under the barrel using 3m double sided tape and slid the Maximum Impact aftermarket clip that held an extra four rounds, and it was filled with 430 grain Delgado Special copper jacketed bullets- his favorite for this kind of work.  He then put it carefully into his Safariland tactical retention holster slung low, just off his Uncle Mike's tactical duty rig with the extra retention buckle.

Then he picked up his know and stick it in his pocket."
