It will likely come down to if they have the parts on hand or not. I've found they're pretty good about fixing rather than replacing if at all possible. Good luck and let us know how it works out
If I was looking to buy a sheath for this, what would I be looking for? The leather one from my original ST is too small.

The leather one from my original ST is too small. My leather sheath makes me feel kinda special. It's from an original Super Tool, the sheath with the diagonal "Leatherman" in gold. When I lost the first ST, I replaced it with a ST200. I liked the original sheath better than the one that came with the 200, so I kept using the old sheath, and the 200 stretched it out over time so it was a nice fit. When I chipped the small flat driver on the 200 and Leatherman replaced it with a ST300, the sheath was stretched out juuuusst enough that the 300 fit in nice and snug. So... original Super Tool leather sheath, ST300 fits perfect. When I reacquired an original ST a while back, the old sheath didn't fit it any more, just way too loose. The sheath looks like someone dragged it behind a truck down a muddy gravel road, but I'd feel bad replacing it.
