Thank goodness, we dodged the bullet here ...  :sa:

Anyway, I think this is a sign, maybe you should add a bit of paper to your EDC schedule  :pok:.

 ;)

Yup, perhaps I should ;)  It was just one of those moments where the thought popped into my head, and it was something I had already forgotten to do a couple times this morning as I get easily sidetracked here.  Since I was afraid I would forget again, I made sure I wouldn't

Normally, things pop out of you when you're in there ...

I'll leave it at that, before this escalates ...  ;)

Today the awl on my Pioneer unclogged the nozzle on a tint machine and cleared the threads on a caulk tinting device. Also opened several cans of tint. :tu:

Yup, it's yummy.  I love my sandwiches with a healthy dose of black pepper as well, which you can probably tell by the photo ;)

So, which kind of sandwiches will you take with you the other days of the week ?  Now don't tell me you're just picking them at random  :pok:.

P.S. I must say, that sandwich does look very tasty, do you ship overseas ?

  I should have known you'd call me out on this too ;)  We try to plan lunches for the week, but that's actually harder for me than the MT/SAK schedule.  It's hard to try to come up with a variety of options, as I prefer to try to keep it simple (and cheap) so that there's minimum prep here at work.  Sandwiches I can make the night before, so that's good, but then I have to take the time to make them, and sometimes I'm not in the mood to mess with it ::)  We have a full kitchen in each of our buildings (wife works here too, but in a separate building), so we can bring in frozen or leftover food to microwave.  There's even an oven if we were to need it.  Trying to find a variety of sandwich options is one of the biggest issues, especially when trying to keep it cheap.  That limits it to tuna, bologna or vienna sausages pretty much.  I can't believe you just got me going on a lunch food schedule rambling session :P

Oh I could ship one overseas to you, and all I'd ask in return is just a Spirit RT :pok:

I just knew you wouldn't just make a sandwich without some planning, I'm starting to know you my friend  ;).

And by the way, the sandwich that makes me give up my Spirit RT is not yet invented, and even if I was really hungry, I would still try to eat the Spirit RT's sheath before I would give up the tool itself  :D.

Edit: Was this really my 1000th post, talking about sandwiches ...

I used my GAK to take off a bottle cap and open a package.

Yesterday I used my Climber for some light duty carving to creating a dowel end in the correct size.

A couple of days I wanted to use my Classic to cut off one of those plastic pieces that is used to bunch up computer cables. The small scissors is just the right size for doing this. Of course, my employer forbids me from carrying a knife or using any tool that they do not provide.

Yes I am lame.

Used my Spirit RT to change my shower/bathtub faucet valve. I used to need a Phillips screwdriver, a pair of pliers, and a pair of needle-nose pliers to do the job.  I was surprised that the Spirit handled the job so well.

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Breakfast. And to cut up some plastic bottles for makeshift plastic bag closing devices. Too early, need booze

I christened the saw on my new 2013 Soldier with G10 kit in a flower bed. It worked great to get low like I needed.  I could not bring myself to close the shiny knife with the dirty saw. so I clipped it on the outside of my pocket until I could bring it inside and clean the saw.  Then took this quick, somewhat crappy, picture.

I'm liking the G10 conversion kit, I plan to convert another couple of knives when I have some time (BO Trailmaster for sure).  It's a little weird having the clip on the top scale, but it seems to work OK.

I supect that these scales can't be reused as easy without glue because of the properties of the G10 being harder and more britle I think it is best to leave these attached once placed into position, but this is just speculation at this point.  Definetly need a vice or a hammer to set these ones on.

The G10 is nice and grippy.  It's not quite as grippy as my G10 Leek (which I love), but it seems to have a similar feel just more subtle.

This one is a new addition to my carry/work knives so I really wanted a good clip as it makes it easier for me to carry the 111mm in my pockets or packs. The shield on the clip is a really nice touch.  The clip is not as strong as I thought it would be, but with the weight of the knife it seems to work very well and should not damage any material it is clipped to.  The clip is screwed into threded metal inserts (like small t-nuts) embedded in the scales so it should be pretty secure.

Now i need to cut/grind the attachment point off.  If I was smart I would have done this before I attached the scales, but I was not thinking ahead far enough.

Updated Photo.
