I think that the carabiner tools are cool but none of them fit my interests. I like the new surge replaceable cutters and the rapter but I have to agree with other members that I was hoping to see more and not just a bunch of changes to preexisting tools.

I much prefer they take look at their catalog, see what they can improve on and take the advice and suggestions from the users. That's where the cutters on the Surge and the Blade Exchanger changes came from.
here is a video from the SHOT show floor - One thing that was not mentioned before is she is saying the bit driver is gone from the surge. Looks like I wont be buying a new surge after all. Why in the hell would they take out the bit driver - EDIT - Looking at my surge it looks like its in location of the eye glass screw driver not the full bit driver. If they replaced the eye glass I am fine with it, if they replaced the full bit driver I am mad
