End of Watch (movie) Spyderco sighting *or not*

I watched the movie yesterday and in the beginning of the movie he says something like "this is my Spyderco tactical knife" and pulls out what looks to be a smith and wesson.  He than shows off the spring loaded glass breaker on the back of the knife.

With that said it was a great movie and worth the watch if you like cop movies I just found it hilarious that he mentions in the movie it is a Spyderco and clearly is not.
