Let's see those Kershaws/ZT's!
on: June 21, 2013, 11:39:14 PM
Buck and Spyderco have their own threads, so why not one of my favorite manufacturers?  I love Kershaws, for the money they're hard to beat.  :tu:  So, to the pics!  :)

The folder I carry at work more than any other is at the top of the pic.  The Needs Work is a box cutter on steroids!  It's a tank, but VERY comfortable to use.  :tu:  The 3/4 Ton is another great working blade.  The Select Fire is growing on me slowly but surely.....

Two pairs of AO Ken Onion designs, Scallions over Blurs.  :)  For many years a black handled Scallion like the second one down was my EDC folder.  I love those little suckers.

Midsize EDC's.  The Ram at top is amazingly fast for an unassisted flipper.  The Cryo is a great knife for the money, I love it!  The Chill is another nice little blade, and of course everyone should own a Leek.

Even my pipe knife is a Kershaw!  Thanks Rex!  :salute:

And finally the only ZT that I own, the 0500 MUDD.  This thing is a beast!

So there you have it!  Anyone else love these knives?
There's no such thing as "Too pretty to carry".  There's only "Too pretty NOT to carry"...... >:D

It's a pretty nice blade for daily chores and since the blade is made of sandvik stainless , the edge retention qualities of the steel rate high on this humble knife user's book. And another noteworthy attribute is that the ball detent on the liner lock actually goes into
an indention which it could latch onto at the tang of the blade. So even if the torsion bar breaks in the field, your knife will not open in your pocket.
