Waiting for the bleeding to start

Just stabbed myself with a Mora Classic when trying to get it out of the blisterpack in a hurry :(

Like a typical MTO no lifer I cursed, whipped up my phone and took a pic before it all got covered in too much blood.

SOME might say you have your priorities a little mixed up, I'm not so sure. ;)

Hope you've not done yourself too much damage mate. :)

Just don't use Photobucket to store the gory photos. After my motorcycle accident, I took photos of my skinned knees. It wasn't on photobucket for two hours before they removed it.

The wound seems to heal well. Super sharp knife = nice clean cut. ;)

Its when you are washing up after an afternoon in the workshop, you dry your hands ......... wheres this blood coming from

Anytime I work in the yard, this happens.

My worst cut was working in a kitchen at a restaurant. We had a burger special going on and we ran out of onions, so I ran back to the slicer to take care of a few real quick.

I was a junior in high school at the time, 16 or 17 and naturally, I knew everything and didn't need to practice safety.

Going too fast and not paying attention, I was monkey pawing the onion. The onion ran out of real estate and I took the tips off my pointer, middle and ring finger.

It was a bloody mess. My bright idea was to wrap my fingers in paper towels and put on a rubber glove to attempt to get back to work.

The finger tips of the glove started to swell from the blood and formed "blood baloons".
