Did it get reverted to an old version or something? That side bar is back on the right, and there used to be a way to close the window. AND it has the flashing text that was also made static at one point... so I did something happen?

I've noticed it too. Asked Whoey about it no 15 minutes ago. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

BTW, if you're working on a big desktop screen it would be nice to unhide the side bar so the ads under it can be registered with the adsense. I know it can be a PITA on netbooks and mobile devices, but it's not that big of a deal on desktops.

phantom settings saving when I'm not looking... probably to do with the update/downtime we had a while ago to fix the UTF8 setup... so blame Enki
