April 2013 Donation Draw Prize

Since Leatherman did so poorly last month with the LED Lenser we are going to give them a shot at redeeming themselves this month with something I think everyone here will find interesting. So interesting in fact that you will actually want people to notice that you have a small tool, and you'll probably be so proud of it you'll pull it out at every opportunity!

That's right, it's a coveted Leatherman Mini! Legal everywhere because of it's short, non locking, two handed opening blade! For your viewing pleasure, here it is again!

How do you get your hands on this? Well, I'm glad you asked.... first, stop drooling on the keyboard as you are probably going to need its help for this!

Second, you won't win this one- this particular one is mine, but I'm assured that the one we have hidden in a secret, secure location is in immaculate shape, protected until a winner can be announced.

Then all you have to do is donate a minimum of $10USD to the maintenance costs of the site. If we hit our monthly goal of $275 then we'll pick a winner from all those who were great enough to help out. I'll probably find some fun (and possibly demeaning) way of picking a winner, so the draw alone could be worth $10!

All you have to do is use the big orange Donation button on the right side, or hit the Donations link at the top of the page, or click the following link to enter the Multitool.org Treasury! From there, just follow the directions.

Make sure you choose to leave your name- I can't pick you as a winner if you are Anonymous!

That's about it. How easy is that? If you have any questions, send me a PM or post here and I'll do my best to answer them. I warn you though, I have very little idea of what the heck is going on around here, so don't hold your breathe for a useful answer....

I think the mini is cool. It doesnt have all the tools of its modern big brothers, but I always admired those little guys for how small full size pliers can be.

Looks like we've made it!

This means not only will we be drawing for the Mini this month, we also will have an Early Bird draw for a mystery prize- and I do mean mystery, because I don't even know what it is yet!

Oh, and the winner of the Early Bird draw stays in the running for the Mini. There's still time to get in on the Early Bird draw though- I'll leave it open until midnight Forum Offset Time in case anyone else wants to join in!

I've started getting ready for this month's Donation Draw.... all the cameras are charging and the cards are being formatted so hopefully we'll get a good, screw up free video this month!
