Today I realized I should cash in all of my change in the five gallon jug. Every night I empty out my pockets and all the change I have goes in there. If I rolled the change I would have not lost 8.9 cents for every dollar. Nevertheless I still got $234 dollars. Not bad at all. Mind you this was only about three months of saving.. Plus, I looked under the two couches in my living room and I found at least 15 bucks in change! It's amazing how much was in there.

I think I am going to buy a Gerber Flik and the LM Genus this week.. Any ideas on the best price?

Last time we counted our change we had almost 200 bucks. That's just nickels, dimes and quarters. That's not counting the pennies. We seperate the pennies from the silver change. I probably have at least 30 lbs of pennies.

I was thinking about getting an Amazon.com gift card but somehow I didn't! See, if I got the gift card then I would HAVE to spend it all on MTs, SAKs, and flashlights.

Wells Fargos usually have coin machines that they don't charge customers for the use of.
All you need is a simple account with them, and you can bring in your change for them to sort. They prefer that you sort the types of coins into bags, but I bet you wouldn't have to.

I have an account with them because I sort through half dollars, and take them back to them to cash in the ones I don't keep.
