1) It needs some tightening but I only have one safety Torx set. You need to counter rotate the opposite screw to tighten it, as you know. Could I remove the central pin with my Dremel (and use normal bits) or maybe just buy a second set of safety Torx bits? 2) Is there a nice way to keep a Leatherman carabiner in the pouch? I need the hex driver to tighten or loose screws with the driver extension. Or I might use an MTO challenge coin when the working one finally arrives. But I like the carabiner and I just bought a second one, not being able to put it in the seath or hanging it. Any idea?

One night last winter I got pissed and removed the center pin on my wave pivots using a mechanics pick and sog PPP. It wasn't too bad.
