My friend wants a new light..

Well, my friend from work is after an EDC light while off duty. He wants it to run of (1) AA or AAA battery. I recommend a Fenix L1D. What do you guys think?

Fenix L2D Cree Q5 with extra L1D tube. Or the other way around.

If he buys an L1D, he could always add the L2D and/or P2D body later.
