utica knife co.

I picked up this little knife used a couple months ago. It is a cowboy style knife with Jim Dandy Collars on the badge.  Apparently this was an advertising knife for a dog food company.

It looks like the main blade was used to the point of near destruction,  Very Wobbly with no snap.

The other 2 blades snap like an alligator.  I ground a new tip for the awl.  I havent used or carried the knife but the steel took an incredible edge.  I might use the spey to castrate steer on 7/20.

I can tell this knife, when new, was an incredible piece of workmanship.  I researched a bit and the knife was made between 1920-1940.

Nice!  :salute: I like older American made knives from that era.

That is indeed a beautiful old piece!

I'm not much interested in traditional multifunction/multibladed knives, but I have to say that is one respectable old knife!
