That's a knock off of the pro edge system I believe. It's a lot more precise than the Lansky but I don't own one...yet

As I can't afford their prices, I may try the Hong Kong Phooey version. They can be had dirt cheap on UK ebay and I have several sacrificial kitchen knives I can use to evaluate it, before I decide to try it out on even my most gefekkered SAK or MT.

Been testing this out, its not bad for a copy, just the stones don't last very long, but guys in OZ have been buying replacement stones from the US and using them with excellent results:
