Hello Big target, If you don't have anything to do try solving this, how do you insert a 1 1/2 ince diameter egg in to a bottle with a 1 inche diameter opening?

Donald

One of 2 ways.
1-heat opening until it expands
2-dip the egg in  liquid nitrogen, and the cold makes the egg shrink

I understand how you feel being stuck at home. My wife works and I take care of the kid. But I have to admit, I'm a pretty good Mom.  :D I look pretty good in an apron.  :o

Ampalaya improves the body ability to produce insulin and it is considered a vegetable here and grown throughtout the country.

I found it!! Here, it goes by the name "charantea". Why?  I don't know

And ironically, I found it at an asian food market across the street from my home.

BT, were you able to buy some?

A friend of mine who's blood sugar is high drinks ampalaya juice. He slice and remove the seeds of a fresh ampalaya and put it in a blender with a glass water. Helps control his blood sugar level.

Yup. The pill form. And my blood sugars have dropped, proportionately, 40 points across the board.
When I first took it, it worked too, well.  my sugars drpped too fast and the world went a little goofy on me :ahhh
I wonder if the tea version works
