Those are pretty, guys.  :tu:  I generally prefer bone for my fancier knives, and good old plain Derlin on my workaday slippies, but one of those above just might join the family in the near future.....

Anybody know of a Case XX forum. I sent a brown jigged bone knife out for repair and I get this back. I don't even know what this is. I figure a Case forum would know in a second.

FYI, the Case Forum is not very active.

It looks like a blue bone case trapper if it has two blades. :salute:

How do you get along with the Russlock?  I can't quite get myself to pull the trigger on one.

I do not use it. The spring is too hard to open using the lever, especially if you take into acount the fact that it has a linerlock too. we are talking Case xx peanut snap, on a larger level.

They should have made the spring weaker, or just get rid of the lever and the linerlock.

To sum up I just do not enjoy using it; just looking at it.

I really like the Case War Series knives. :salute:  I only have about 12 Case knives, but love the little stackable boxes with dates that they come in.
