Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmerman

I like watching his show and caught him using what looked like a supertool or a vic multitool cutting up some food while helping out some islanders cooking Konchs (sp?).

On a side note this guy must have a cast iron stomach. I've seen him eat baby chicken still in an egg called bopat or something like that. :multi:

Are you thinking of a balut?  They were discussed in a recent thread....

Cool that he was using a multitool to prepare food though.  I don't do it that often, except when camping.

I guess the Leatherman Flair fork would be good for digging partly decomposed warm dead baby chicken out of its eggshell afterbirth and letting it slide down the back of your throat. 

I wonder if it tastes like warm walrus pus or liver juice of an elephant with mono?
