OK folks - there will be photos to follow, but in the meantime I have a new Leatherman Skeletool in blue, out of the blister pack but unused and as new and a genuine Leatherman brown leather pouch that is the right size fit for it.

This was to replace one my other half bought for me and I thought lost, so, to avoid any upset I discreetly procured a replacement and then, typically, found the first one about two days later.

So - Skeletool and pouch are open to offers together or separately (PM me), all sensible offers considered (I am in the UK so it seems best to stick with offers from UK only) and I will pay the postage to get it to you recorded delivery, so please be mindful of that if you'd like to offer on either or both of the bits.

Any questions? Well, just PM me and I'll do my best to answer them.

Bye for now  :salute:

  • Apparently it is possible to have too many tools;)
If you will ship to Australia I'll buy it (just to help you keep your secret from your wife)  :pok:

I'm happy to pay the extra for international shipping.

OK - I'm not convinced that would be cost effective for you, would you have to pay import duty?  I would be happy to get a postage quote (after the Christmas shutdown) and message you

In Oz we only pay GST if the total value (including shipping, insurance etc) is over $Au 1000.00  I'll await your PM.

Have a great Christmas.

The seller prefers to keep this sale within the UK (as he stated in his initial post); he has an offer from a UK buyer and he asked me if that was OK by me.  It is, so I am withdrawing from this one without rancour (but if anyone else has a blue, green, pink or orange Skeletool they don't want please let me know).

I've had a couple of 'coloured' Skeletools. wasn't over impressed with the coating which lasted less than a few weeks of 'pocket time'
if you were planning to use it think about a plain one  they look cool but in reality they are just show pieces IMO  ::)

PINK? Did you say PINK? Never saw a pink one, are you sure you're not mistaken?

I didn't say I knew Leatherman had actually ever made a Pink Skeletool, just that I'd like one (I haven't ever seen one either, but that doesn't stop me wanting one)  ;)   :pok:

Mind you, I missed out on an orange Squirt P4 recently, and until I saw it I had no idea that LM made Squirts in Orange either.  I know LM have made quite a few different Mts in pink, so a pink Skeletool wouldn't surprise me too much.

I do like my coloured plier-based MTs   Yes, I know I could get any tool cerakoted in almost any colour I'd like, but that isn't quite the same as one made by the manufacturer.

Thanks for the heads-up.  These would just be show pieces for my "MT collection", not for EDC.

There is a modify button there for about 3 and a half hours after the initial post but it gets disabled after that for security reasons. After that you have to contact a moderator or admin for any edits. :salute:
