Hi everyone
I've been asked to post a warning against using an online shop based in France
http://www.le-couteau-suisse.comI found the shop quite by chance whilst searching for the Wenger 505 Hunter.
That initial purchase went fairly smoothly. The knife arrived about a week after it was ordered.
I then decided to take out a overdraft with my bank to enable me to buy Wenger SAKs before they disappeared.
Over the course of several days numerous purchases were made (mainly the Ranger series).
However, my bank refused to honour some of the transactions (don't ask me why). So the items were re-ordered again. Again the bank blocked the transactions??
On the 3rd attempt it went through. But by which time the seller had emailed me stating that 2 of the items were no longer available. Even though the website listed all as "in stock"
I replied asking for a revised update stating the new transaction paid out and the refund amount... No answer. I asked again several times, still no answer.
So I asked for confirmation of which items had actually cleared payment and which hadn't - I intended to purchase those elsewhere. Again no answer nor did he reply to all subsequent emails regarding my orders.
I have tried hard to be both polite and easy going. Being grateful that hopefully I could get the Wenger's I was after. However, as time passes, it now seems that this seller has no intention whatsoever of honouring my orders - indeed yesterday I emailed him asking for tracking details of the items I bought and paid for on the 2nd!! ...no answer!!
I think the managers name is Benjamin.
Heed my advice, stay away!!
I've now got the unenviable task of trying to either get my order or get my money back.
What a complete and utter waste of time.

I don't claim to know it all, but what I do know is right.
