Quality question
on: February 27, 2014, 11:09:22 AM
There's a Chinese-made Jeep multitool that looks like a CRKT Guppie with a piers grafted on. It looks interesting; the question is, is it half-way decent or a piece of junk?

Also sold as Cattleman Cutlery.

I wouldn't mind having one just because it says Jeep on it.  I'd probably just put it in the glovebox in the Jeep and never use it though.

These really are OK.  Not fantastic perhaps, but definitely OK. :tu:

That. I have one, not used it anyhow, but it seems good enough. Would be nice if the wrench opened further.

Just received the Jeep Multitool.

Its a total piece of GARBAGE.

The movable part of the wrench is very sloppy and appears weak, and the bit holder broke in two the first time I tried to open it.

Just saw this thread. My rule of thumb is to not buy anything jeep branded. EVER! In the MT and knife realm that is.

Damn.  That's a real shame mate, especially after a few of us said it was OK. :-\
