My new ride

We just picked up a 2012 Subaru Outback last night. It only had 10k miles on it. It has the 2.5l Turbo Boxer engine.

I bet that gets up and goes alright. 2.5 turbo should give you plenty of fun.

If I had to get a station wagon one of those'd be up there on the list.

I test drove some subarus before I bought my 4runner. Very nice cars. I really dig the outbacks especially. Possibly my next car. It's amazing how much peppier they are with the turbo. Very nice choice!

I've got a 4runner too (they're called a Hilux Surf over here). I couldn't afford a nice subie like that!

My Crunch and KERT are tethered to the shifter and bit drivers are in the glove box :D

As mentioned here , the Mrs was already shopping for the next one while we waited to sign the papers for this one. My hope is for the new hybrid Subaru makes called the Cross Trek. Our large vehicle days are pretty much over, well at least until we get grandkids to haul.

Very cool ride Terry!  I looked at Foresters before getting my Jeep. Subaru is about the only Asian brand I like.   :D

New addition to the Outback. My son and daughter-in-law got me these window stickers for Christmas. I'm glad I'm a procrastinator or these would've been gone this past week on the Sorento we traded in for this vehicle.

And now a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman for me. The Outback was for the Mrs so this one is ALL mine :D as much as I've posted about this car on the forum one would think that I'm a proud owner. That would be SO true :D :D :D

I really like the Countryman. As a contractor for BMW I see a lot of them and I like them quite a bit.

Did you get the All4 version? They are amazingly capable, although I guess you don't have to worry too much about winter driving!

I got the standard Countryman with just a few bells and whistles. If I were to get a brand new one, I would have got the All4 S model. No real winter driving here and that's what we have the Outback for.

First thought I had when I saw the pics was: "Aw, cute." :D

The Mini should be a great city car. :tu: Much easier to find a parking spot too. Love the color combo.
