Which reminds me, I have to reread Mike's book.

Also another member here is writing a book on 84mm and 91mm Victorinox models that should be a good guide for any collector. We should have a few test chapters here shortly I hope.

Mike emailed a few of us last week to let him know of any errors we might find so a date of a 2nd print is still far away I think but will probably happen.

For 58mm collectors, this is a nice pickup to if you can get it:

http://www.sakwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page=Book+List#Collector_s_Guide_to_58mm_Small_Size_Pocket_Knives_A_

Though, in honesty it's becoming a bit out of date.  It's missing many of the new models.  It's nice for the historical info, but really much of that is on the wiki now, which does have the newer models.

I've got this one too:
http://www.sakwiki.com/tiki-index.php?page=Book+List#Knife_and_its_History_The_

But it's really more of a item for collectors to add to their collection rather than a reference book for collectors (does that make sense?).

I have that and it is very good about history of knives. But it is 30 years old regarding so many Victorinox SAKs that have been produced since.
