Leatherman Removable Bit Driver info needed

Does anyone know if the Leatherman Removable Bit Driver will fit onto the phillips head on the Victorinox Spirit?

Hi Flash, the Removable Bit Driver fits, but it doesn't fit properly. The Spirit phillips screwdriver is too small, and the shank is rectangular. I'm thinking it would not hold if much torque were applied.
