This Wednesdays Wenger - Esquire

The Esquire is one of my favorite SAKs. I've carried this little guy for 15 years. Small and effective.

To celebrate this Wenger Wednesday I ordered two BNIB Wenger today: a Highlander to match up with my Commanders, and an Evolution S10 which should make a good companion for the Vic Evo S111. The Wenger Evo 10 has the clip blade like the Vic Evo S101. Expecting them both in time for Wenger Wednesday next week!

Pretty proud of my little collection so far. I hope one day I either find someone or I gain enough expertise to replace the spring in my Neiman Marcus limited Wengerinox.

Thanks. Got them at excellent prices considering they're NOS BNIB. Debated for a couple days and pulled the trigger on them realizing the opportunity would not last long. While I've got an affinity for the 91mm Vics and most of their tools, my appreciation for the compactness of the 1-3 layer 85mm Wenger continues to grow! They pack as much as Vic does with many of their 1-3 layer 91mm into a smaller volume. I'm very pleased that Vic has maintained much of the former Wenger Evolution line.

Three new to me Wengers. A Soft Touch Swiss Clipper, an EVOGRIP 14 and my 3rd ST 17.
All three pictured just out of the mail and in need of a good hot soapy bath. Maybe some disinfectant in there too for the toe-jam that is no doubt lurking in the clipper  :o

Preoccupied with other things . . . celebrated W/W with a Highlander . . . a very nice alternative to the Vic Small Tinker.
