no factory make full-size scissors base multitool at the moment.but we use scissors more than pliers in life.maybe the design of the full-size multi-scissors'  handles is quite a challenge,no factory wants to try.

One images Scissors multi would be easier to make, as the width of the scissors means even with the longer length, it won't interupt much with other tools.

Then I ponder - Butterfly opening scissors - someone is going to lose a thumb.

& would they be legal? (gravity opening blades?)

And, the Leatherman pruner models, Genus, Vista and Hybrid also cut quite well too.

Vic makes a set of pruners, but there are no additional tools in the handles.

I have one of these:

For the $2.50 or so they cost, they're decent. The ones I got were "Carolina" branded. I've also seem them sold under the "Coghlan's" brand for a couple bucks more.

They get the job done. Not fancy at all. Simple construction. Mine say "Made In Taiwan". Can opener and bottle opener work fine. Haven't really tested any other features. They are easy to sharpen and clean, since the blades separate like a slipjoint plier. In my house, they tend to get used for rough work. I cut sheet aluminum with them to make a Halloween costume for my son last year.

The whole costume is fabulous, but I especially like that helmet comb! :)
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools
