[SOLD] 2 Beautiful 1940's soldiers

Ok 2 from the collection both are cased

1st up is a 1948 Wenger in really great condition

















The Brown leather sheath comes with a chain and while it is not military issue it is of an age with the knife

The knife is perfect with stunning scales .... it does have one slight drawback the backsprings are very authentic :)

As this is not a common year and its perfect I am looking for $160 plus shipping

The other is a 1943 Elsener also cased also perfect

Start a new thread and post a photo of the minimal sak (2 layers or fewer) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate and contribute in Challenge thread and post a photo of either an Axe, MT/Folding knife or Fixed blade (picked at the beginning of challenge) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Spyderco knife for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate and contribute in Challenge thread and post a photo of a different blade each day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Soldier for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Cybertool (any variant), Swisschamp, Champion or Toolchest for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Fieldmaster SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the discontinued sak/mt for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of a fixed blade for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Explorer SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of any gear for thirty (30) consecutive days during the MTo anniversary month. Start a new thread and post a photo of the leatherman (supertool, core, hacks) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in the Challenge thread and post a photo of a Flashlight for thirty (30) consecutive days.

Can someone post a video of how to use the crabclaw can opener?  I just can't figure the danged thing out... :ahhh

I think someone mentioned that the Vic one should work better sideways, so you're not cutting the top but the sides, but I've never tried that.

Both now sold , sorry they did not make it into the post today ran out of supplies .... but off to office world now so they should be in the post in the morning :)

Just watched that video.  I agree.  Yikes!  I have to think that there's a better way.  I may try enki's idea...
