You could get the LM Molle sheath from eLeatherman.com for only $10 bucks. Plus, it's basically the exact same thing! http://www.eleatherman.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=13_18&products_id=54

i have one already, and its just fine, nothin  to complain about,i just want one sturdier but seems i gotta make one,if i want a snap closure instead of velcro;).

i have  a perversion for all kinda organizers and sheats so theres never enough of those, hah.

rite now im searchn too one for fixed blade.i found some time ago one sheath that had really intrestin pouch for tool/lamp or what ever u wanna put in it,BUT i didnt buy it and i dont find it anymore :(

what made it so different compared to others that have the accessorypouc was that this one had an zipper closing and than front puch also was EXPANDING.any of u know this?

Hey Leatherman123, do you own a mole sheath? Does it ride lower than the leather sheaths that most leatherman tools come with? And last question, can a surge fit in it?

Im not  Leatherman123 but since he cant find his camera I will try to help. The surge fits very nicely in the LM molle sheath.  Its a nice sheath but does'nt work well for horizontal carry which I prefer.

Well, it rides decently low. It's a lot more comfortable than the SOG PL leather sheath.. It does indeed fit the SURGE beautifully!

That is what I was hoping, I just got into the surge club but due to the tool being so darn heavy I have a hard time trying to find what is the best way to carry the tool. I tried the pocket clip idea but the clip wiggles big time. Sheath is nice quality but rides kinda high, have not tried horizonal carry yet.

u can get rid of that over movement by carefully hammerin the clip.around those grooves taht attach it into tool.or with a drill marking punch(sorry i dont figure a better english word to this one ;) ),so the groove reduces its size.if it goes too tight, then just file it into new tight shape/size.

I'll try that and see if I can get anywhere.....nope didn't work, broke my spare clip :P Guess I will stick to sheath carry, maybe invest in the mole sheath.

The standard leather one that comes with it, I find it interesting how the sheath has kind of an angled/rounded look to one side. Almost like they tried to make this massive tools sheath look "cool" :multi:

I think it's meant for a Mag flashlight- I'm not too sure though.. Oh, and you should try the nylon one.. It sits much lower on belt..
