The Randall #1 is one of my all time favorite knives. My first Randall was a #1-7 w/ O1 steel, black micrata, brass guard and my name was stamped on it. When I ordered it in 1979 the wait was only one year.
True but there just waaaay beyond my budget atm. Maybe when I've kicked my boy out in about 8 years I'll be able to afford it A few years back I was tempted by the Cold Steel version, but I knew id always regret not getting the original article
