Anyone tried armourlite watches?

Hi im looking for a new watch, i was looking for a black somewhat tactical looking because i currently have none with that look. Also i wanted something tough to withstand my daily wrist bashing against many things which seems to be unavoidable no matter how carefull i want to be.

 So browsing the different options of companies with good reputation online, watches that i like and prices i could afford i ended up with armourlite. I read all the offerings they give on a watch and i like that, read some positive reviews about them, a couple of bad ones but what company doesnt have those. I would like to know if anyone here had some experience with their products. Im almost ready to throw my money to them and give them a try so if you have something to say speak now or forever be silent

Specifically im between two of their professional line one automatic and one quartz, cost nearly the same, have tough proven movements and i like both, will see which one i end up with.






They can be found a bit cheaper than that in other places.

So any opinions and/or direct experience?

Armourlite makes fine watches.  To be perfectly honest there isn't a huge amount of differentiation at this segment of the market.  All of the watches use the same tritium supplier, and similar (if not exactly the same) suppliers for the rest of the parts.

It really comes down to the exact specifications, look and price, and these tend to be highly personal.  I probably wouldn't go for Armourlite because outside of their Field Captain series they're pretty large watches but that's just my preference.

Thanks, yes thats true and it makes it really hard that you dont see many reviews or wrist shots on these kind of watches so i mostly have to assume how it will look and feel on the wrist. Ive seen reviews and photos on their isobrite line but i prefer a stainless only case. Maybe its wiser to keep investigating and see what else there is out there. Also ive been browsing some very interesting watches near that price, i dont know how much the "tough" part is worth now. 

Sometimes i wish to be one of those persons who buys everything out of impulse and regret it later, at least it would save the obsesive investigating every time i want something.
