You know the tool. NON-locking tools. This one has been loosened for easy one-handed use. When you remove it from the sheath, just hold one side horizontally. The other will drop down to easily lever it against your leg or another object & open it all the way for the pliers. I'll ship it in a generic 'RedHead' brand 2-way black nylon sheath for $45, or tool only at $40.
