Whoa it's a lot smaller than the kindle. That's cool!

Yeah.  I like being able to read and flip pages one handed.  Looks very pocketable too.  :tu:
Yes, its quite precisely

Looking forward to your thoughts on it. :tu: I checked out a few reviews and a video of it. Seems menus are a bit buggy but all in all a nice reader. How much of a bargain was it? Worth me buying a backup for my oldie? ;)

Well, regular prize is here is 60USD. However, thanks to the fact that these are out of production, I got one for 44USD (Its also the reason why I got a purple one, they didn't have any blacks anymore)...

Anywhere else, that would make you sound like a nut.

Here... you still sound like a nut, among nuts.  :D Worst thing is, made 100% sense and was immediately understood.

How is it with pictures?
It goes for 42-46 euros here, say 50 with shipping. It is cheap but I see that they have it in pink . I must decide how much it would be used, since the convenience of the LG tablet with reading of every format, full color, direct download from the net, mail, torrents etc and the beautiful high definition 8.3" screen would make me feel restricted with this. On the other hand I was reading books of a strict special format in a 160x160 3.2" screen (Palm Vx) and was very happy to be able to do so, just 15 years ago. But my eyes were younger then.

Mine is pink too, at least on paper, the color is more fuchsia :D

So far I have only looked at book covers, but from that I would say, pictures look pretty good. However, if your intention is to read comic books or PDF articles with more than one column and images, let me warn you. There is no quick and comfortable way to zoom in and out and navigate a page. This device is good for exactly one thing: reading books.
As far as connectivity goes, it does have WLAN, but the interface is awkward at best. You will want to access the reader from your computer and not the other way round. As far as file formats go, it reads ePub, FB2, PDB , PDF, RTF, TXT, GIF, JPEG, PNG, all you need for an eReader.

Nope, but then neither Kobo nor Sony readers support that.

Update: TrekStore Pyrus Mini

Did play around with it some more. It has little to no usable function outside of reading. The menu is terribly slow and pictures look horrible (too low contrast, I think the problem is not the blackest black vs. white, but the intermediary greys that are either too close to black or too close to the white). All that is OK with me, because reading is good and page turning is OK.
My GF is quite happy with it too, so I'm happy :D.

PROS:
+ Same resolution as the Kindle
+ Good contrast (black to white, the greys suck)
+ Small and light (Really, its a great form factor, very portable)
+ Cheap
+ MicroSD Card Slot

CONS:
- Because of its color, my GF has stolen it from me
- The black is not as black, when compared to the kindle
- Can't display images well (greys are not well distributed or the graphic chip does not do its job properly)
- Slow menu

Conclusion: I would buy it again.

Update: PocketBook Ultra

I got a chance to play with one and I was not impressed, so I won't buy one.

It has a good display though :tu:
