Don't be fooled by her innocent look. She got the code-name "Alligator" because she liked to bite and then kicked her hind-legs to make the bite count. In the second picture she is plotting her next escape (the only hamster that ever managed to break out of her cage, and she did it twice).

Yes, that is twice the same hamster. Sometimes we didn't recognize her anymore in the morning, she changed that much. Now she seems to have settled on a look.

Thanks, over the years we had many. They are surprisingly different in personality. With some you can play (e.g. they run after a thread), some just want to be left alone...

I recently got to hold an Izula which felt good. You've got both right, how does the smaller Candiru feel to you?

To sum it up, the Candiru is a "cute", yet capable knife. The Izula is just a knife.
I built a shelter once just with the Candiru as a knife, no problems there






It's one tough edc knife, that is for sure.

It feels like it can do almost anything the Izula can, but in much more compact package.
The Izula may work with paracord, but the Candiru needs scales.
Try one :D
