Anniversary for hubby and me
on: November 25, 2014, 01:27:04 AM
I had to take a break from the Engage destruction, because my hubby doesn't seem to think mangling a multitool is the right way to spend dinner on our 8th anniversary.

We've been together a good deal longer, more like 15 years. Eventually we were just like... yeah... probably ought to just make it official.

For the last few years, for our anniversary, we go out and get three or four good kinds of cheese, crackers, etc, and have a quiet little dinner at home. Tonight, it was dill havarti, smoked gouda, spicy edam, and aged cheddar, with garlic stuffed olives on the side. I also had spicy salami, too. Hubby's not much into meat, so he passed on that.

I don't see the need to rush into things like that, we're still on the "try before you buy" scheme, and it's only been 35 years so far (and going stronger than ever  :D  )

By far the most important thing is that you are still happy together

You'd think for as much as my hubby and I like cheese, that we should be British.

Or maybe...

Mmmm..... Cheese.

Okay, maybe it's not just a British thing.
